Hands down best assessment of our roof, what was wrong, and how to make it right - we needed more ventilation. We went with Ferschke out of about 5 companies that looked at the job. Communication was great. I only recommend them to my family and friends.

Corey is very professional. He shows up when he says he will (usually early). His work is top notch. He has done a roof with gutters and downspouts. He will also be doing another roof as well as full set of windows and front and rear exterior doors. I highly recommend his work.

Ferschke Construction came highly recommended for replacing our roof shingles. They responded immediately when I first contacted them, and followed through quickly with an appointment to look at the job. Our property manager looked at the plan and costs, and confirmed the quote met industry standards. A Dumpster and materials were delivered exactly as scheduled. On the day of the job, the team, supervised by a manager on the ground, put a protective covering over all surrounding landscaping. They worked safely and efficiently to complete the job. And the site was throughly cleaned afterward. We were very happy with the work.
